Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develops, manages, and implements operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives for social strategy for Hollywood Casino St. Louis, River City Casino and Hotel, and Argosy Alton.</li> <li>Responsible for assisting in the budget process, provides recommendations; ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to manager.</li> <li>Responsible for monitoring and managing the property Facebook, Instagram, Twitter pages.</li> <li>Maintains daily assigned workflow and follows through with execution of organic and paid social media.</li> <li>Develops, schedules, and monitors all Social Media feedback and content and responds in accordance with response rule best practices as set forth by corporate marketing or industry standards.</li> <li>Assists with Social Media creative design workflow, feedback, and placement in coordination with Regional Social Media Manager.</li> <li>Responsible for social media posting strategy logic and implementation in coordination with Manager.</li> <li>Responsible for original Website design and implementation based on property needs and online best practices.</li> <li>Creates and maintains Social Media assets and promotions in support of on property initiatives.</li> <li>Utilizes measurement tools to quantify and grow Social Media presence.</li> <li>Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.</li> <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.</li> <li>Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.</li> <li>Assists all marketing departments as needed, including acting as an ambassador to the property, servicing high value guests and assisting in promotional events.</li> <li>Responsible for analytics code and tagging implementation in accordance with analytics measurement strategy.</li> <li>Responsible for content creation coordination such as scheduling video shoots, coordinating materials with category experts\talent.</li> <li>Identifies content needs for properties such as video needs, possible entertainment ideas, info graphics, etc. Implements content need improvement projects.</li> <li>Responsible for managing the updates on website and other business platforms that communicates hours of operations, promotions, and other aspects as requested.</li> <li>Manages the communication tools for the property.</li> <li>These consist of social media messaging, responding to questions and managing the general email inbox.</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.</li> <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (B.A./B.S.) in marketing or related field; minimum of two years&rsquo; interactive marketing and social media experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Gaming experience highly preferred but not required.</li> <li>Must have experience with art design programs, website design, and familiarity with social media tools.</li> <li>Must have proven ability in web copy and managing large scale, social media accounts.</li> <li>Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).</li> <li>Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.</li> <li>Must have demonstrated ability to drive toward results.</li> <li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.</li> <li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li> </ul>
