Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assists guest with luggage during check-in and check-out. </li><li>Responsible for greeting and welcoming hotel Casino guests in an enthusiastic, friendly manner. </li><li>Ensures that guest needs and special requests are met. Provides information to guests regarding on or off property interests, directions, attractions, promotions, etc. </li><li>Completes required paperwork as designated by department. </li><li>Delivers luggage to designated room after registration process is complete. </li><li>Picks up guests' luggage upon departure and transports to designated vehicle or storage. </li><li>Verifies that departing guests have experienced superior hospitality. </li><li>Invokes service recovery when appropriate. </li><li>Stores guests luggage in organized manner. </li><li>Assists guest with room changes and maintains room key security. </li><li>Makes deliveries to room, e.g., flowers, packages, special deliveries, etc. </li><li>Keeps Bell Station and hotel lobby area clean. </li><li>Arranges transportation for guests to and from airport or appropriate destination as requested. </li><li>Provides complete orientation of property and guest rooms. </li><li>Follows safety and security standards and reports anything suspicious. </li><li>Assists Valet department with arriving and departing guests to ensure smooth transition. </li><li>Adheres to uniform standards.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Experience in Hospitality industry preferred. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills. </li><li>Able to work flexible shifts. </li><li>Knowledgeable of surrounding area. Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands:</li><li>Must be in good physical condition. </li><li>Able to maneuver throughout hotel and casino, including up and down stairs. </li><li>Able to lift and carry upwards of 25-50 pounds. </li><li>Able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items. </li><li>Respond to visual and aural cues. </li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. </li><li>Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.</li></ul>
