Responsibilities: <ul><li>Primarily responsible for the administration of Casino Marketing </li><li>Assisting the Slot Marketing Manager in the operation of the Casino Marketing department</li><li> Exercising discretion and independent judgment within the Casino Host functions </li><li> Working independently on player development</li><li>Devoting majority of time in the casino providing personalized service to the guests - identifying and develop personal relationships with new and first time guests </li><li> Communicating constantly with Casino Game operations and other Casino Marketing cast members</li><li>Contacting guests personally and/or send correspondence to invite them to enjoy amenities and/or to special events - issuing comps based on player ratings </li><li> Hosting outside entertainment for our guests, such as professional sporting events, dinners, and theaters </li><li> Promoting casino marketing programs via telemarketing </li><li>Following all safety rules </li><li>Adhering to departmental quality standards</li><li>Maintaining compliance with the Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements </li><li> Working within the guidelines established by the company</li><li> Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred </li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word) </li><li>Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests </li><li>Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces</li></ul>
