Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:</li> <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate marketing support services to include advertising, public relations, and internal departments.</li> <li>Supports the development of press releases and media correspondence in relation to marketing programs or property advertising.&nbsp;</li> <li>Organizes and executes the regularly scheduled entertainment acts for all performances on the property. Monitors calendar for promotions at the property following the strategy of the promotions department. Manages oversight of media used to communicate current and upcoming promotional efforts for the guests, team members, and regulatory agencies. Social Media:</li> <li>Organizes and coordinates the marketing efforts for all communication efforts for the company in the social media sphere, with a consistent and appropriate voice. Monitors social media and the web for opportunities to engage in active and relevant conversations about the property. Supports the property brand on social media as directed by management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate and track, as needed, groups responding to special and VIP party events. Dress in appropriate uniform/attire based upon the event/venue; occasionally, a costume may be used.</li> </ul>

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. <br /> <ul> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li> <li>Associate's degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing.</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel &amp; Outlook).</li> <li>Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred. - Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.</li> <li>Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.</li> <li>Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.</li> <li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.</li> <li>Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.</li> <li>Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.&nbsp;</li> <li>The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
