Once the audition is passed, you will be making an hourly wage plus tips added directly to your paycheck.</p> <p><strong>GROWTH OPPORTUNITY:</strong>&nbsp; Hollywood Casino York is committed to the growth and development of its Team Members.&nbsp; As you master your skill set, you will have the opportunity to learn new games and take on more responsibility.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>TO ENROLL:</strong>&nbsp; Interested applicants should complete an application. Human Resources will then contact eligible trainees to schedule a group interview.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table game.</li> <li>Follow game procedures when dealing Blackjack and any other form or variation of table games.</li> <li>Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned table(s)</li> <li>Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures and state regulations as it relates to this position.</li> <li>Perform accurate chip and cash transactions.</li> <li>Receive wagers from customers and pay the appropriate game outcomes.</li> <li>Maintain game security and always protects company assets.</li> <li>Assist customers in understanding the rules and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.</li> <li>Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.</li> </ul> <br /><br /><br />
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</li> <li>Must have High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.</li> <li>Previous experience in a customer service position preferred but not required.</li> <li>Must successfully complete dealer school.</li> <li>Must be able to successfully complete a Table Games audition displaying adequate Table Games dealing skills.</li> <li>Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets in Dealer School for training purposes.</li> <li>Must have the ability to display satisfactory dexterity for quick and accurate handling of training chips.</li> <li>Must possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> <br /> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">STAY IN THE GAME.
