Responsibilities: <ul><li>Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with slot machines and related equipment. </li><li>Perform routine maintenance on all slot machines and related equipment per manufacturer's specifications. </li><li>Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with ACSC slot system and the central control computer server system. </li><li>Install, remove, and modify slot machines and related equipment as directed, including full preparation of slot machines for play. </li><li>Generate computer reports relating to slot performance and maintenance, as required.</li><li>Assist with guest service problems and inquiries. </li><li>May serve in the capacity of a traveling VGT Technician or Service Technician if needed.</li></ul> <br /> <br />
Requirements: <ul><li>18 years of age</li><li>High School Diploma/GED or Associate’s/Technical Degree in a technical or related field preferred </li><li>1-2 years of experience in a technical or computer related field or prior experience with slot machines or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul> <br />
