Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards.</li> <li>Responsible for having knowledge of PLCB and RG standards.</li> <li>Responsible for having knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends.</li> <li>Monitors guests' needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled.</li> <li>Responsible for accurate and efficient use of POS system.</li> <li>Monitors guests' alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training.</li> <li>Assists other food and beverage team members with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties.</li> <li>Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.</li> </ul>

Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<br /><br /></p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age.</li> <li>We will provide any necessary training for this position.</li> <li>Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.</li> <li>Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.</li> <li>Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.</li> <li>Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.</li> <li>Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner.</li> <li>Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).</li> <li>Must have basic computer knowledge.</li> <li>Must have the ability to clearly visualize and comprehend the use of a POS system.</li> <li>Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirement of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.</li> <li>Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
