Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist housekeeping attendants with heavy items such as mattresses and linens.</li> <li>Deliver linens and other supplies to housekeeping attendants.</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas.</li> <li>Respond to guests' requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies in a timely and efficient manner.</li> <li>Clean other designated areas such as public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other public areas as assigned.</li> <li>Monitor and control supplies and amenities and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping.</li> <li>May collect newspaper and other items for recycling.</li> <li>Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures.</li> <li>Comply with all health and safety standards.</li> <li>Attend regular meetings as scheduled.</li> <li>Other job-related duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing in English.</li> <li>Ability to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints.</li> <li>Ability to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job related issues.</li> <li>Ability to learn specific job duties and complete work assignments.</li> <li>Maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques.</li> <li>Ability to follow direction/instruction.</li> <li>Possess pleasant demeanor when interacting with team members and guests.</li> <li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li> <li>Minimum six (6) months experience housekeeping environmental services area preferred.</li> </ul> <br />
