Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Performs all tasks related to beverage service in a courteous and efficient manner while maintaining a clean work area in accordance with established standards and procedures.</li> <li>Take drink orders from guests</li> <li>Obtain drinks from station</li> <li>Garnish and ice drinks as necessary</li> <li>Serve beverages to guests in the lounge areas or on the gaming floors</li> <li>Maintain a clean station at all times</li> <li>Maintain knowledge of current hotel &amp; casino activities, beverage outlets and operations</li> <li>Follow all check settlement and Casino floor beverage control procedures</li> <li>Promote good guest relations and always accommodate any reasonable request</li> <li>Complete tasks dictated by the Supervisor/Team Leader on duty</li> <li>Other job-related duties as requested</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English</li> <li>Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff</li> <li>Ability to handle cash and accurately make change</li> <li>Ability to communicate in all aspects of the English language</li> <li>Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, Policies and procedures</li> </ul>
