Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The Public Area Attendant is responsible for the upkeep and general cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel including, lobbies, restaurants, bar and lounge, elevators and all public restrooms.</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness of all lobby areas including floors and carpets, interior windows, mirrors, picture frames, counter tops and furnishings according to approved standard</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness of the outside driveway area and exterior of the building and keep it clear of trash, cigarette butts, debris, as well as window sills and fingerprints on outside ledges and windows</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness of all guest elevators, floors, carpets and all metal surfaces according to demonstrated standard</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness of the business center area, fitness center and the Executive Offices</li> <li>Comply with all health and safety standards</li> <li>Attend regular meetings</li> <li>Other job-related duties as assigned</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing</li> <li>Possess a good written and verbal command of the English Language</li> <li>Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality</li> <li>Has the ability to multi-task and work in a stressful environment</li> <li>Ability to set and achieve high standards of performance</li> <li>Ability to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints</li> <li>Maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques</li> <li>Ability to perform the manipulation of numbers and basic math calculations</li> </ul>
