Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for the overall operations of the Count rooms.</li> <li>Hire, train, supervise, discipline, counsel and terminate team members.</li> <li>Adhere to State of Michigan Gaming Control minimum standards.</li> <li>Establish and maintain work schedules.</li> <li>Forecast departmental budgets, payroll, supplies, etc.</li> <li>Oversee count room operations and team members.</li> <li>Other job-related duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills required.</li> <li>Ability to understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures.</li> <li>Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.</li> <li>Ability to perform intermediate math.</li> <li>Must have knowledge of the count room operations.</li> <li>Full knowledge of Gaming Regulations pertaining to Count Room Operations.</li> <li>Requires the use of calculators, computers, telephone, and vacuum cleaner.</li> <li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.</li> </ul> <br /><br /> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">STAY IN THE GAME.
