Responsibilities: Responsible for protecting the integrity of games in an assigned area. <br /> <br />Essential Functions <br /> <ul> <li>Safeguard Company assets located in the assigned work area</li> <li>Enforce Casino rules and regulations for table games</li> <li>Enforce rules and regulations pertaining to Title 31 (Bank Secrecy Act)</li> <li>Adhere to Michigan gaming regulations</li> <li>Respond to and act on customer disputes arising in assigned area</li> <li>Direct assignments of Table Games personnel within their assigned section</li> <li>Ensure that proper table inventories are maintained in assigned area</li> <li>Issuance of credit to customers</li> <li>Ensure full accountability for playing cards and dice within their assigned area</li> <li>Assess customer play for the extension of complimentaries</li> <li>Accurately track customer play for rating purposes</li> <li>May be responsible for a group of assigned team members (dealers) and the development of team members in dealing proficiency and guest service</li> <li>Other job-related duties as assigned</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules, regulations, Policies, and procedures</li> <li>Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English</li> <li>Working knowledge of all Casino games</li> <li>Ability to perform intermediate math</li> <li>Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members</li> <li>Knowledge of Casino computer system</li> <li>Knowledge of 3 out of the 4 core games: Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette and Craps</li> </ul>
