Responsibilities: <ul><li>Apply skill in dealing individual games, providing prompt, accurate and courteous service in accordance with policies and procedures </li><li>Handle customer transactions for "buy- ins,” "pay- offs" and markers </li><li>Verify fills and credits to the game </li><li>Notify Games Supervisor of any irregularities in the play and/or transactions during the shift </li><li>Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, policies and procedures </li><li>Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures </li><li>Other job-related duties as assigned </li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Excellent communication skills; understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures </li><li>Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English </li><li>Knowledge and ability to deal Dealer assigned game </li><li>Ability to perform basic math </li><li>Skill in providing customers with an exceptionally enjoyable experience while performing functions of the position </li><li>High school education or equivalent required. </li><li>Has completed acceptable training program resulting in proficiency in dealing at least one casino table game. </li><li>Dealing Experience (at-least three core games)- Blackjack, CRAPS, Baccarat and Roulette</li></ul>
