Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Setup and delivery of all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines, procedures and policies as prescribed by company standards.</li> <li>Answer the telephone and take all customer orders in accordance with operating policies and procedures.</li> <li>Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve of all food and beverage trays in order to maintain established sanitation guidelines.</li> <li>Setup and delivery of all VIP amenities.</li> <li>Service all hospitality suites in accordance with BEO and established policy and procedures.</li> <li>Respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience.</li> <li>Perform all cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Attend regular meetings as scheduled.</li> <li>Other job-related duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and guests.</li> <li>Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.</li> <li>Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests.</li> <li>Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.</li> <li>Ability to perform intermediate math.</li> <li>Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.</li> </ul>
