Responsibilities: <ul> <li>This position is responsible for providing prompt, friendly and courteous service of food and beverage to our guests in the fine dining restaurants.</li> <li>Describe all specials and items on the menu.</li> <li>interact with guests to take drink and food orders.</li> <li>Communicate with kitchen for food ordering.</li> <li>Ensure prompt delivery of food to the guest's table utilizing the runner (if applicable).</li> <li>Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine and food that is served at the property.</li> <li>Handle all checks and cash according to Standard Operating Procedures.</li> <li>Assist other servers to give the best possible service.</li> <li>Monitor all tables in the designated station to ensure superior guest service.</li> <li>Ensure safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Attends all meetings as assigned.&nbsp;</li> <li>Other job related duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must have knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, prices, and sequence of service</li> <li>Must possess great, good people skills required including effective communication</li> <li>Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff</li> <li>Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.</li> <li>Ability to perform basic math</li> <li>Ability to handle money and make correct change</li> <li>Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, Policies and procedures</li> <li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and management.</li> </ul>
