Responsibilities: <ul> <li>This position will be responsible for assisting with day to day parking operations and traffic management for Greektown Casino Hotel.&nbsp;</li> <li>Direct inbound and outbound traffic</li> <li>Change and move signage as directed</li> <li>Cone off and open parking spaces/levels as directed</li> <li>Walk garage levels and report hazards, maintenance issues; suspicious activity to various teams</li> <li>Physically count occupied and un-occupied parking spaces</li> <li>Communicate parking policy to patrons</li> <li>Provides the highest level of guest service</li> <li>Train new team members (Traffic &amp; Booth Attendants only)</li> <li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property and promotions</li> <li>Provides guests with directions and information about Greektown District</li> <li>May operate, and move guest vehicles if necessary</li> <li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property&nbsp;</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to perform basic math functions</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English</li> <li>Understand and comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job related issues</li> <li>Learn specific job duties and complete work assignments; maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques</li> <li>Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions</li> <li>Must provide superior guest service</li> </ul>
