Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Parking and retrieval of guest vehicles upon arrival and departure from the property.</li> <li>Parks guests cars upon arrival&nbsp;</li> <li>Retrieves guest&rsquo;s cars upon departure</li> <li>Answers any questions upon arrival</li> <li>Providing the highest level of guest service</li> <li>A thorough knowledge of the property</li> <li>Train new team members (Valet Attendants only)</li> <li>Other job-related duties as assigned</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to operate various motor vehicles</li> <li>Ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission</li> <li>Ability to perform basic math functions</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English</li> <li>Understand and comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures</li> <li>Ability to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job related issues</li> <li>Learn specific job duties and complete work assignments; maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques</li> <li>Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions</li> <li>Ability to stand for long periods of time; withstand various temperature changes; withstand high frequency noises, sounds, and tones.</li> <li>Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel.</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li> <li>Experience in operating various motor vehicles and vehicles with a manual transmissions.</li> <li>Valid Michigan Driver&rsquo;s license.</li> </ul>
