Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for the efficient operation of the Valet areas on assigned shift. Ability to Cover shift if needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinates activities of Parking/Valet Team on assigned shift</li> <li>Supports and enforces established procedures - Surveys all Valet areas and obtains appropriate supplies for shift</li> <li>Responsible for traffic control and the issuing of valet tickets to guests - Train new team members (All Attendants)</li> <li>Enters guest/vehicle information into the system</li> <li>Make sure ticket is filled out completely</li> <li>Notifies management for any challenges - May work in a gaming-related system</li> <li>Checks uniforms and appearance</li> <li>Assist in activities of Valet Driver, Dispatcher, Lane Attendant, Front Doormen (Bellmen), Lockouts, vehicle jumps and complete Shuttle Runs as assigned</li> <li>Other duties as assigned by management</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to operate various motor vehicles.</li> <li>Ability to stand for long periods of time.</li> <li>Ability to withstand various temperature changes; withstand high frequency noises, sounds, and tones.</li> <li>Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel.</li> <li>Ability to perform basic math functions.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.</li> <li>Understand and comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.</li> <li>Skilled in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports and responding to correspondence.</li> <li>Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making skills.</li> <li>Has the ability to provide support to staff and delegate job duties.</li> <li>Required Certification/License Valid Michigan Driver&rsquo;s license.</li> </ul>
