Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Meets and greets slot players to establish direct customer relationships and educate the guests on the benefits of the GT Rewards Program.</li> <li>Enroll new members and educate them regarding the benefits of the GT Rewards</li> <li>Acquire new members and assure repeat business</li> <li>Answer phones and respond to inquiries</li> <li>Takes reservations</li> <li>Promote and work events as needed</li> <li>Contact Hosts when needed</li> <li>Work casino floor on a rotating basis to introduce guests to the slot club</li> <li>Take promotional pictures of Jackpot Winners and complete photo release forms</li> <li>Comply with all health and safety standards</li> <li>Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis</li> <li>Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures</li> <li>Other job-related duties as assigned</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must possess excellent customer service skills</li> <li>Must have basic computer skills</li> <li>Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, policies and procedures</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Prior customer service experience</li> </ul>
