Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Enters vehicle information into the system.</li> <li>Make sure ticket is filled out completely.</li> <li>Professionally interacts with customers.</li> <li>Notifies management for any challenges.</li> <li>Organizes working station.</li> <li>Responsible for maintaining the highest level of Guest Service.</li> <li>Train new team members (Dispatchers only).</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of the property.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Ability to operate various motor vehicles.</li> <li>Ability to stand for long periods of time; withstand various temperature changes; withstand high frequency noises, sounds, and tones.</li> <li>Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel.</li> <li>Ability to perform basic math functions.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.</li> <li>Understand and comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.</li> <li>Skilled in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports and responding to correspondence.</li> <li>Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.</li> <li>Required Certification/License: Valid Michigan driver&rsquo;s license.</li> </ul>
