Initiatives/plans will drive revenue and omni-channel opportunities ensuring uniqueness to the regional and local markets in partnership with internal stakeholders to optimize acquisition, retention, revenue growth, penetration rates, and market share across the region&rsquo;s business units.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans/initiatives for the region to&nbsp;include campaigns, segmentation, reinvestment, direct marketing, advertising, public&nbsp;relations, entertainment, digital and social marketing, and player development in collaboration with internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Set aggressive operational goals and monitor achievement of revenue growth, penetration rates, cross-property play with all segments, and performance and profit objectives.</li> <li>Manage daily financial results and operating budget that meet or exceed expectations for revenue generation and cost control.</li> <li>Assess, anticipate and react to the competitive marketplace in regard to marketing strategies, programs, campaigns, and promotions.</li> <li>Identify potential risks to success and develop/implement action plans to address risks.</li> <li>Identify and implement customer experience enhancements.</li> <li>Understand and develop strategies utilizing the capabilities of the Company&rsquo;s player tracking system to support revenue goals.</li> <li>Maximize database marketing results by collaborating and strategizing with internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Direct, manage, and evaluate all competitive marketing activities.</li> <li>Develop and facilitate presentations to executives and key stakeholders.</li> <li>Maintain high level of knowledge regarding the Company&rsquo;s products and happenings and communicate properly to guests; establish rapport with all guests through name recognition.</li> <li>Establish and maintain a consistent Company image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, collateral materials, and events.</li> <li>Ensure integrity of daily operations, offers, and customer database information.</li> <li>Oversee day-to-day and long-term operations to include hiring, training, talent development and overall engagement.</li> <li>Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior guest service in accordance with Company standards and programs.</li> <li>Ensure compliance regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements.</li> <li>Serve as a liaison with outside agencies promoting a positive influence of the Company.</li> <li>Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.</li> </ul>

MBA preferred.</li> <li>Seven years of progressive experience in the gaming industry to include a senior marketing role with direct responsibility for revenue generation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills must be fluent and literate in English.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to understand and analyze Budget &amp; P&amp;L Statements, competitive information and develop plans with measurable results.</li> <li>Proven managerial and critical thinking skills required.</li> <li>Must possess excellent employee relations skills.</li> <li>Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when required.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effective day to day operations.</li> <li>Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES<br /><br /></u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for staff development and training programs.</li> <li>Responsible for rewards and recognition program to maximize employee engagement.</li> <li>Evaluates team members within department and delivers constructive feedback to employees regarding performance.</li> <li>Determines recommendation for staffing (including interviewing and hiring) and scheduling (planning, assigning and directing work) to meet business needs.</li> <li>Determines work procedures and expedites workflow.</li> <li>Responsible for employee performance (disciplining, coaching, counseling).</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong><u>LANGUAGE SKILLS</u></strong></p> <p>Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English.
