Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipe.</li> <li>For either Casual Dining, Sports Bar, Team Member Dining Room, Banquets, Outdoor Events, Racing concession or Steakhouse.</li> <li>Prepare, plate, and present food products of various cooking methods in order to assist in reaching guest satisfaction, workforce strength, profitability, and compliance goals.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>Communicates station needs, waste, and discrepancies with sous chef.&nbsp;</li> <li>As directed by sous chef, prepare and present menu items according to recipe specification and presentation expectations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in other areas of kitchen as directed by Sous Chef.&nbsp;</li> <li>Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.&nbsp;</li> <li>Set up and maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
