Responsibilities: <ul><li>Greet guests warmly and promptly with eye contact and enthusiasm while providing quick and efficient service.</li><li>Handle guests' money transactions quickly and efficiently in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.</li><li>Assist with set-up & tear down for each concert; within the F&B Department as needed.</li><li>Responsible for beverage service for guests or beverage/food servers in the assigned venue.</li><li>Must be able to perform efficiently and accurately in a high-volume venue.</li><li>Employees are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather</li><li>Handle any guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously. </li><li>Answer guest questions and direct concerns to appropriate member of management.</li><li>Assisting in other F&B duties as assigned.</li><li>Knowledge of and strict adherence to PLCB and RG standards.</li><li>Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. </li></ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age.</li> <li>We will provide any necessary training for this position.</li> <li>Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.</li> <li>Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.</li> <li>Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.</li> <li>Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.</li> <li>Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner.</li> <li>Basic computer knowledge.</li> <li>Must have the ability to clearly visualize and comprehend the use of a POS system.</li> <li>Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.</li> </ul>
