Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Greet guests warmly and promptly with eye contact and enthusiasm while providing quick and efficient service.</li> <li>Handle guests' money transactions quickly and efficiently in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.</li> <li>Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures within Food &amp; Beverage department at Hollywood Casino.</li> <li>Knowledge of and strict adherence to PLCB and RG standards.</li> <li>Accurate and efficient use of POS system.</li> <li>Knowledge of all daily specials and menu items and their preparation.</li> <li>Handle any guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously.</li> <li>Answer guest questions and direct concerns to appropriate member of management.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age.</li> <li>We will provide any necessary training for this position.</li> <li>Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.</li> <li>Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.</li> <li>Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.</li> <li>Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.</li> <li>Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner.</li> <li>Basic computer knowledge.</li> <li>Must have the ability to clearly visualize and comprehend the use of a POS system.</li> <li>Must be able to obtain RAMP certification.</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">STAY IN THE GAME.
