Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipe - For either Casual Dining, Sports Bar, Team Member Dining Room, Banquets, Outdoor Events, Racing concession or Steakhouse.</li> <li>Prepare, plate, and present food products of various cooking methods in order to assist in reaching guest satisfaction, workforce strength, profitability, and compliance goals.</li> <li>Report to Sous Chef at start of shift to receive instructions as daily specials or menu changes.</li> <li>Communicates station needs, waste, and discrepancies with sous chef.</li> <li>As directed by sous chef, prepare and present menu items according to recipe specification and presentation expectations.</li> <li>Assist in other areas of kitchen as directed by Sous Chef.</li> <li>Interact with guests and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.</li> <li>Set-up &amp; maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>The physical demands&nbsp;Climbing up heights in excess of 10 feet, lifting/moving maximum of 100 lbs, ability to see 20/20, color, and/or peripherally.</li> <li>This is a smoking environment in guest areas and a non-smoking, with the exception of designated areas, employee environment.</li> <li>High Noise Level.</li> </ul>
