Responsibilities: <ul><li>Experience in conducting poker game. </li><li>Safeguards the assets of the company.</li><li>Conduct the poker game.</li><li>Responsible for the accuracy of the table bank and the pot.</li><li>Adhere to poker room policies / procedures.</li><li>Review and inspect assigned working environment for any and all safety hazards.</li><li>Keep well informed of all corporate, property and Poker Department policies and/or procedures, upcoming events.</li><li>Required to do BRUSH-duty As Needed</li><li>Poker Dealer Will Keep All Accrued Tips</li><li>Comply with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Regulations</li><li>Perform other job related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Basic mathematic skills.</li> <li>Money handling skills.</li> <li>Thorough understanding and working knowledge of all Poker Room promotions and payoffs.</li> <li>Ability to deal all Hold&rsquo;em and Stud type poker games.</li> <li>Ability to communicate, understand and read and write the English language.</li> <li>Posses the ability to sit and deal for long periods of time (2 to 4 hour periods)</li> <li>The ability to make sound professional decisions in a noisy and at times confusing environment.</li> <li>The ability to retain his/hers composure and professional demeanor in times of Guests and Employee displeasure&rsquo;s, requests and/or complaints.</li> </ul> <br />STAY IN THE GAME.
