Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for assisting with the maintenance and care of the track surface for racing and training purposes.</li> <li>Assists with maintaining the safety lane for racing and training purposes.</li> <li>Assists with preserving the paddock hills from ruts and wash-outs.</li> <li>Assists with removal snow in a timely manner.</li> <li>Drives vehicles including, but not limited to trucks, graders, tractors, water trucks, skid steer, and front-end loader.</li> <li>Ensures horse ambulance is ready and functioning for daily racing.</li> <li>Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Text"> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum one (1) year of facilities maintenance experience in racing or similar work environment required.</li> <li>Must have a valid Driver&rsquo;s License.</li> <li>Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.</li> <li>Must have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and/or finishing trades.</li> <li>Must be skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).</li> <li>Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.</li> <li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.</li> <li>Ability to safely operate all equipment, including automobiles, tractors, skid steers, and front-end loaders.</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job">STAY IN THE GAME.
