Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.</li> <li>Provides cash handling service to casino patrons.</li> <li>Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.</li> <li>Promotes the Players Club card program; understands current card benefits and information and presents program to customers.</li> <li>Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel.</li> <li>Responsible for assigned casino funds and proper handling of funds exchanges.</li> <li>Performs customer booth transactions.</li> <li>Assists in training new personnel as needed.</li> <li>Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and customer requests are addressed and resolved.</li> <li>Assists patrons with general questions concerning the casino.</li> <li>Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.</li> <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.</li> <li>Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.</li> <li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li> <li>Basic math and cash handling skills required, including the ability to count money and make change.</li> <li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Must have the ability to work any shift or hours as needed.</li> </ul>
