Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for fostering a fun environment.</li> <li>Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.</li> <li>Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.</li> <li>Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.</li> <li>Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to company policy and T.I.P.S training.</li> <li>Promote gaming events and promotions.</li> <li>Process cash and credit card transactions for guests while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.</li> <li>Prepare and pour drinks with proper measured portions and ingredients according to recipe and in accordance with standard operating procedures.</li> <li>Slice fruit, as required.</li> <li>Maintain a clean, sanitized and stocked workstation and or section.</li> <li>Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.</li> <li>Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li> <li>Responsible for making servers drinks when rang in.</li> <li>Serve tables, clear tables, expedite food and running food.</li> <li>Side-work as directed by the Food and Beverage Supervisor or Manager.</li> <li>Will work special events, as needed.</li> <li>Other duties, as needed<strong>.</strong></li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li> <li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;</li> <li>Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.</li> <li>Must understand drink mixology and recipes.</li> <li>Must enjoy hosting others.</li> <li>Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.</li> <li>Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.</li> <li>Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.</li> <li>Must be able to work as a team and have a guest-first attitude.</li> <li>Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment.</li> <li>Must be able to work a at a very fast pace.</li> <li>Must be able to pass a background check.</li> <li>Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li> </ul>
