Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Providing assistance with the following areas; Advertising, Property Marketing and Promotions.</li> <li>Working directly with the Director of Marketing on all coordination for internal advertising including direct mail designs, posters, collateral, etc.</li> <li>Responsible for the routing of approvals for all Advertising, Promotions and Events collateral.</li> <li>Responsible for the placement and upkeep of internal advertising displays.</li> <li>Responsible for the setting up of offers within the VLT systems for promotional drawings and giveaways.</li> <li>Writing rules and regulations for promotions and events and submits to the State for approvals.</li> <li>Assisting in conception of Promotions.</li> <li>Coordinating all Bus Marketing property visits, including scheduling, greeting the bus, billing, some sales and bus analysis.</li> <li>Ability to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor, Manager, or Director.</li> <li>Processing purchase orders and check requests for the Marketing Department.</li> <li>Managing Entertainment acts, contracts and scheduling.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must have intermediate computer knowledge; MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Sales Force (CMS); ACSC preferred.</li> <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word).</li> <li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.</li> <li>Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment</li> <li>Must have exceptional communication, analytical, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effective day to day operations.</li> <li>Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.</li> <li>Must enjoy hosting others.</li> <li>Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.</li> <li>Organized with an eye-for-detail and should be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li> <li>Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements</li> <li>Development of team to include completion of all required training and knowledge of all policies and procedures relating to their positions.</li> </ul>
