The&nbsp;<strong>Worksite Product Intelligence Leader</strong>&nbsp;will consult with multi-disciplinary teams, distribution partners, and senior management to define Horace Mann&rsquo;s Worksite product strategy. Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Develop actionable intelligence using sales data, competitor strategic insights, recent news, financial performance, and growth comparisons benchmarked against the industry.</li> <li>Oversee the Worksite product development strategy and the comprehensive management of the Worksite product line using data from internal and external sources to influence business decisions.</li> <li>Lead and maintain processes for complex business analysis, including financial and experience reporting, for all Worksite product lines.</li> <li>Direct the analysis and review of in-force product performance, evaluation of market and segment competitiveness, and provide recommendations for improvements.</li> <li>Establish and execute product development processes, managing large, complex, and cross-functional initiatives. Identify criteria used to evaluate product ideation and prepare thorough proposals for senior management. Use data to identify product and market trends. Influence decisions for competitive pricing, compensation, and service strategies to meet strategic objectives.</li> <li>Responsible for product portfolio positioning, presentation, education, and training. Develop marketing campaigns and distribution programs with an emphasis on market segmentation and channel strategy.</li> <li>Oversee implementation of new products and improvements to existing product portfolio. Drive effective and profitable design, marketing, management, and integration of new and enhanced product offerings. Maintain a Worksite product portfolio that satisfies and anticipates future market and segment demands while achieving sales, growth, profitability, and persistency objectives.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior management to align product strategy with market needs, growth opportunities, profitability targets, and risk thresholds.</li> <li>Establish and maintain a culture of accountability and high performance withing the Product Intelligence Team.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <p><strong><u>Requirements:<br /><br /></u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to influence change.
