Overview: <p>This is a Field Agent position selling insurance products to our niche educator market. This hybrid position includes a combination of time spent working in office and schools and will primarily consist of sales appointments/field work. Commissions paid monthly, and incentives paid quarterly and annually. Also, includes a base salary of $40K and full employee benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K; etc.).<br /><br />The position reports to the Area Manager.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Educate and sell primarily auto &amp; home products and some life insurance</li> <li>Assist Area Manager with onsite workshops and group meetings that support educators (Student Loan Solutions, Donor's Choose, etc.)</li> <li>Support and enhance business-to-business relationships with school districts and other targeted employers at the direction of Area Manager</li> <li>Initiates contact with clients, reviews current household coverages, cross-sell and respond to service requests from clients; designed to increase retention, enhance client satisfaction, and drive new sales</li> <li>Productivity expectations for activity, appointments, and sales results, measured monthly</li> <li>Local travel required</li> </ul>
