This individual will lead financial analysis and contribute to the implementation of long-term strategies that improve operational efficiency, enhance profitability, and support sustainable growth within the employee benefits sector.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, risk, and profitability.</li> <li>Provide strategic insights to improve financial outcomes and guide senior leadership decisions.</li> <li>Monitor key financial indicators and deliver high-quality financial reports.</li> <li>Identify emerging business opportunities and assess market trends.</li> <li>Collaborate with leadership to design strategies for expansion and diversification.</li> <li>Cultivate and manage relationships with brokers, clients, and business partners.</li> <li>Execute and assess strategic business development initiatives and partnerships.</li> <li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis for opportunity identification.</li> <li>Prepare business cases and conduct ROI analysis on new investments.</li> <li>Translate financial insights for non-financial stakeholders using strong communication and presentation skills.</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, underwriting, sales, and operations.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business or related field (MBA or certifications preferred).</li> <li>8&ndash;10 years of experience in financial analysis, business development, or insurance/financial services.</li> <li>Strong track record of leading financial performance and business growth.</li> <li>Strong leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills.</li> <li>High attention to detail, accuracy, and results orientation.</li> <li>Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li> <li>Periodic travel may be required.</li> </ul>
