Overview: The Operations Analyst works directly with business unit managers and frontline operations teams to drive solutions and/or resolution of business process issues.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Demonstrate knowledge of Life &amp; Retirement process through the life cycle of a policy/contract.</li> <li>Working knowledge of processing systems and products.</li> <li>Perform monthly quality review checks.</li> <li>Identify root cause and negative performance from quality reviews and/or process overviews.</li> <li>Work directly with business unit managers and frontline operations teams to drive solutions and/or resolution of business process issues.</li> <li>Assist with processing in various Life &amp; Retirement business areas to support business need.</li> <li>Provide support to business areas in SOP development and implementation.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred</li> <li>2+ years business experience, insurance background preferred</li> <li>LOMA designations (e.g. FLMI, FSRI) preferred</li> </ul>
