Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing relationships and addressing service issues with confidence.</li> <li>Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) to identify revenue opportunities and support execution of client strategies.</li> <li>Analyze sales and performance data to provide insights during quarterly business reviews and strategic planning.</li> <li>Support client retention and new business efforts through proposals, customized presentations, and internal reporting.</li> <li>Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities across general agencies.</li> <li>Maintain CRM records, ensuring data accuracy for client interactions, sales activity, and renewal tracking.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met and client expectations exceeded.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li><strong>3+ years</strong>&nbsp;of experience in the&nbsp;<strong>supplemental and/or health insurance industry</strong>&nbsp;(supplemental benefits strongly preferred).</li> <li><strong>Life &amp; Health insurance license</strong>&nbsp;required.</li> <li>Proven success in&nbsp;<strong>client relationship management</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>business development</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>retention</strong>.</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;<strong>analytical</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>communication</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>problem-solving skills</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with tools like&nbsp;<strong>Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Selerix, and Employee Navigator</strong>.</li> <li>Ability to&nbsp;<strong>juggle multiple priorities</strong>&nbsp;in a dynamic, client-first environment.</li> </ul>
