Your focus will be delivering personalized insurance solutions and exceptional service that drives trust, satisfaction, and growth.</p> <p data-start="881" data-end="1255">This is a remote position requiring availability during standard operating hours Monday&ndash;Friday, 7:00 a.m.&ndash;8:00 p.m. CST, with occasional Saturday shifts from 9:00 a.m.&ndash;2:00 p.m. CST. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Deliver personalized insurance quotes and exceptional service for non-Horace Mann products, ensuring clients receive the best coverage options tailored to their needs.</li> <li>Foster strong relationships with agents and proactively address client inquiries through email, phone, and web channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li> <li>Collaborate with third-party vendors to process quotes and applications.</li> <li>Bind policies and ensure proper documentation, including securing approvals, payments, and signatures.</li> <li>Track and report key performance metrics while maintaining quality reviews.</li> <li>Achieve production goals through consistent client engagement and follow-ups.</li> <li>Utilize sales techniques to maintain strong close ratios and service levels.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li> <li>Active Property &amp; Casualty (P&amp;C) license required.</li> <li>Call Center, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred</li> </ul>
