Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Process annuity new business and in-force transactions accurately and efficiently.</li> <li>Review applications to ensure all requirements are received &ldquo;In Good Order&rdquo; and identify any discrepancies.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with the field sales team via phone and email to obtain required information.</li> <li>Gain and apply knowledge of annuity processes, including ACH transactions, allocation changes, withdrawals, and surrenders.</li> <li>Meet or exceed established service standards, productivity, and quality goals.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency.</li> <li>Collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain workflow efficiency and service excellence.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1&ndash;2 years of college preferred.</li> <li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in retirement services operations or financial services industry.</li> <li><strong>FINRA Series 6/63 licenses strongly required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong understanding of retirement products, IRS tax regulations, and FINRA/SEC requirements.</li> <li>Excellent communication and analytical skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy; above-average math/accounting skills.</li> <li>Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.</li> <li>Commitment to ongoing learning, including LOMA/ACS coursework encouraged.</li> <li>Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules as needed.</li> </ul>
