Responsibilities: <p><strong>Business &amp; Systems Analysis</strong></p> <ul> <li>Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements</li> <li>Perform gap analysis and issue analysis to identify business needs and improvement opportunities</li> <li>Translate and simplify business requirements into clear technical specifications</li> <li>Design, document, and maintain business and system processes</li> <li>Identify and design business and/or system improvement opportunities</li> <li>Assist in the development of business cases for strategic initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Project &amp; Delivery Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables</li> <li>Manage small to mid-sized projects and/or project tasks</li> <li>Apply knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project lifecycle principles</li> <li>Ensure technology solutions meet company standards and user requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Communication</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as liaison between business units and technical teams</li> <li>Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical resources</li> <li>Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Provide guidance and feedback to less experienced staff</li> <li>Work collaboratively across departments to support enterprise initiatives</li> </ul>
