Overview: <p>Data Security Team Lead is responsible for operational support and maintenance for network systems (including wireless and VoIP). Network/Security monitoring and response in a 24x7 environment. Train staff, monitor, report, and help resolve network and server problems. Ensure system and network performance, reliability, and quality. Solid understanding of the what as well as the why and the how of incidents.</p> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -24px; top: 25.3608px;">&nbsp;</div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Resolve work issues as efficiently and as accurately as possible in a team-oriented professional culture by providing factual, detailed information to team members and other department representatives.</li> <li>Manage the coordination of calls during the indecent lifecycle for both Operational and Security incidents involving NOC/SOC participation.</li> <li>Monitors networks/systems to provide stable, dependable network services across multiple platforms.</li> <li>Provides configuration and tuning of network and security monitoring applications.</li> <li>Maintains LAN/WAN/wireless/VoIP operations by working with network facility and hardware/software vendors to ensure timely problem resolution.</li> <li>Maintains and configures network management applications to identify network faults, to ensure the provision of data or other telecommunications access to customers, and the movement of information from one location to the other.</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -24px; top: 25.3608px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li>College degree preferred or applicable job experience. years or established management or team lead in a 24x7 operation.</li> <li>5 years of technical operations and network support experience.</li> <li>Work is performed in shifts within a 24x7 Network Operations Center environment. Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.</li> </ul> <p>Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
