Overview: As a leading insurance and financial services company focused on meeting the evolving need of public K-12 teachers, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including an&nbsp;<strong>Association Campaign Specialist</strong>&nbsp;position within the&nbsp;Distribution &amp; Business Strategy Division. <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -675px; top: -20.0139px;">&nbsp;</div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Contribute to the development of materials for new product launches and campaigns.</li> <li>Maintain meaningful content on agent and consumer-facing applications.</li> <li>Troubleshoot material availability issues (ie. low stock and/or link connectivity) and data inconsistencies.</li> <li>Assist in print production issues and item pricing.</li> <li>Manage re-compliance and availability of materials on the assigned timeline.</li> <li>Assist with list acquisition, normalization, and cleansing efforts.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with other campaign leads to coordinate campaign efforts and timing.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <strong>Specific to association accountabilities:</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Coordinate with Association and Agent Consultant contacts to register and prepare the logistics for in-person and virtual Association conferences and events. Assist in the build-out and optimization of meaningful content for assigned campaigns and events.</li> <li>Coordinate and conduct logistics of events and conferences including facilitates, giveaways, booth shipments, virtual booth deliverables, special requests, and requirements.</li> <li>Liaison between Agent Consultants, association contacts, and marketing program coordinators regarding association marketing activities/customized requests from each association.</li> <li>Processing Association related payments. Assist in prioritization of campaign items and deliverables.</li> <li>Maintain and manage Check log, Conference and event planning log and Purchase of Services Agreement (POS), and marketing agreement log on S drive.</li> <li>Oversee the maintenance of company POS agreement and other marketing agreements with Associations to keep a consistent business relationship.</li> <li>Manage monthly campaign reporting and identification of ways to improve campaign impact and/or economics.</li> <li>Maintain monthly budget report</li> <li>Assist in the expansion of website opportunities through association partnerships.</li> <li>Assist in renewing Association marketing agreements</li> <li>Work collaboratively in a team-based environment to achieve Association business goals.</li> </ul>
Requirements: Requirements <ul> <li>3 -- 5 years in an operational and/or administrative capacity, especially receiving and handling invoices and disbursements</li> <li>Experience in roles requiring both consultative engagement and customer service while addressing competing priorities</li> <li>Strongly prefer experience working with associations/unions within Education</li> <li>Strong communicator and ability to collaborate both internally and externally</li> <li>Organized and able to deliver on assignments in fast-paced environment</li> <li>Proven ability to identify and solve problems creatively</li> </ul>
