Overview: You will be leading a team to help educators with their future needs.&nbsp; You will be responsible for&nbsp;developing tactical policies and procedures to ensure balanced scorecard measurements are attained on a regular basis with a focus on agent and client satisfaction. You will be applying out-of-the-box problem resolution and decision-making to assure customer and agent satisfaction.&nbsp;You will be&nbsp;effectively utilizing each team member to their fullest potential based on skillset and knowledge, creating an environment that allows growth for each individual through training and other opportunities.&nbsp;You will be able to show your customer services skill to help retain customers. <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -88px; top: 26.6px;">&nbsp;</div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for leadership, quality, compliance, and customer service for the Life &amp; Annuity operational unit. Includes achieving or exceeding units standards and performance goals:</li> <li>Lead, organize, and staff operational processing teams in providing operational and service excellence for agents and clients from the application process through all transactions up to and including death claims.</li> <li>Coordinate and drive initiatives utilizing resources available and the skill sets and knowledge within the team to continually review and improve processes.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of products, platforms, and regulatory environment</li> <li>Effectively utilize each team member to their fullest potential based on skillset and knowledge, creating an environment that allows growth for each individual through training and other opportunities.</li> <li>Oversee the development and maintenance of the team's Standard Operating Procedures and work with the team to ensure they are current and reviewed/tested annually in support of SOX 404.</li> <li>Oversee the budget process for the area of responsibility to assure operation remains within or under the established budget and staffing plan.</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -32px; top: 26.6px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business or related Business discipline</li> <li>Management experience preferred</li> </ul>
