Must be a successful, driven, entrepreneurial-minded individual who desires to be an Expert in the Insurance Field. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Coordinate sales/fulfillment of products not supported by agents/agencies within assigned geography</li> <li>Cultivate and foster relationships with district administrations, unions, and local associations</li> <li>Obtain building access and payroll slots as applicable</li> <li>Conduct joint work with new agents in schools and on sales appointments in a training capacity to demonstrate, assist, observe the approach</li> <li>Communicate expectations and monitor progress</li> <li>Objectively assess agent success against company standards/expectations, identify gaps and work closely with agents and/or other field leadership or resources to address the gaps; develop correction action plans if needed and end agent engagements when appropriate</li> <li>Both facilitate obtaining access through workshops, but also demonstrate and deliver HM workshops</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -69px; top: 26.6px;">&nbsp;</div>
