Responsibilities: <ul> <li>In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical and people skills to help expand market awareness of products and manage projects and relationships with existing and new customers.</li> <li>Promotes sales through various sales channels.</li> <li>Provides sound and effective management of North American accounts to increase market share, and achieve sales targets</li> <li>Develops and maintains constant business relationship with the current customers in the assigned geographic area, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening the existing ones.</li> <li>Monitors for each customer the sales forecast and the orders, measuring deviations and constantly bringing the results to the attention of Sales Direction.</li> <li>In collaboration with the Quality Department, monitors complaints and non-compliance noticed by customers</li> <li>Execute customer contracts/agreements and ensure adherence to agreed terms &amp; conditions (Program specifics, LTA, Volumes, RMI, etc.)</li> <li>Support Commercial Sales and Design group with design changes.</li> <li>Acts as lead liaison between customer, plant, and affiliate personnel to assist with coordinating and resolving commercial and business related issues.</li> <li>Implements customer/product-based strategies.</li> <li>Gathers and summarize information related to customers, competitors, business and market environment in order to identify and plan for current and future business opportunities.</li> <li>Maintains related information and completes variances analysis. Develop sales plans for existing customers and identify potential and/or future business opportunities.</li> </ul> <br /> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: &bull; BA degree and at least two years of sales related experience <br />&bull; Experience with customers supplier portals (preferably Ford, Chrysler, GM)<br />&bull; Must be a self-starter and highly motivated<br />&bull; Strong organizational skills and follow up
