Overview: <br />Our client is implementing a new HRIS platform and we are in need of someone who will be able to assist in the implementation of the new system. The selected candidate for this position will be responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day Human Resource Information System functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data.&nbsp; If you are an organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment, this might be the right fit for you!
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis.</li> <li>Performs group updates and researches and reports on any data discrepancies.</li> <li>Delivers routine reporting and responds to ad hoc data requests.</li> <li>Conducts data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations and benefits data as directed.</li> <li>Provides administrative support such as preparing and composing confidential correspondence.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree Required</li> <li>5-8 years' experience Required</li> <li>Ceridian experience is required</li> <li>Advanced Excel Skills required</li> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li> </ul>
