Overview: <p>The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the CEO so he may focus on his primary responsibilities and maximize his time and effectiveness. The position will include a wide variety of administrative and operational business support duties.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be one of a kind and have an outgoing personality, yet professional demeanor. Someone who is articulate, and smart will be the best candidate for this position. This person should be driven and motivated to grow and take on more projects to help the team.&nbsp; The Administrative Assistant represents the core values of the firm in all aspects of the role, both internally and externally.</p> <h1>&nbsp;</h1>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>CEO&rsquo;s Right Hand: Assist with all administrative and operational aspects of the business including:</li> <li>Greeting clients and other guests for meetings and events</li> <li>Management and organization of the CEO&rsquo;s calendar by scheduling appointments and communicating with all relevant parties</li> <li>Assisting the CEO in the timely management of communications, including written, telephone, and voicemail</li> <li>Occasional event planning &amp; reservation accommodations</li> <li>Coordinating and managing contractors/service providers</li> <li>Conserving the CEO&rsquo;s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating communications</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>3+ years Administrative Assistant experience</li> <li>The ability to always maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality</li> <li>Positive attitude and highly professional demeanor, sense of humor helps</li> <li>Good writing and communication skills</li> <li>Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills</li> <li>A proactive and assertive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure</li> <li>Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment as well with peers and members of the greater organization</li> <li>Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment</li> </ul>
