Overview: <p>We are seeking a part time Recruiting/Administrative Assistant for our office in Farmington Hills. &nbsp;The assistant will be responsible for supporting the President with administrative and recruiting initiatives. The role includes administrative support, scheduling interviews, updating database, candidate research, and utilizing internal software and all external content providers.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Coordinating staff recruitment process from start to finish including drafting job descriptions, posting and sourcing open positions, scheduling and conducting interviews, and offer extension</li> <li>Checking references and inputting background checks for possible hires</li> <li>Scheduling interviews for recruiters/candidates</li> <li>Tracking recruitment activities of candidates in Bullhorn</li> <li>Maintaining employee files</li> <li>Maintaining job description database and updating as needed</li> <li>Updating HR Recruitment sourcing tracker and provide analytics</li> <li>Other projects as assigned</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <p>The position requires strong computer and internet research skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work well with outside clients and vendors.
