Overview: This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a Global Specialties business. The Analyst will be tasked with understanding the business and taking a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and forecasting to help support business decisions.&nbsp;<br />
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Financial Modeling and Forecasting:</strong></p> <p>Develop and maintain financial models to inform leadership&rsquo;s outlook on the business, focusing on forecasting, regional, product and industry differences</p> <p><strong>Drive Financial KPIs:</strong></p> <p>Identify financial and operational KPIs and convert them into dashboards to drive accountability for performance through the organization</p> <p><strong>Decision Making Support:</strong></p> <p>Provide a view on investment decisions, leveraging his/her understanding of the business and the financial outlook developed</p> <p><strong>M&amp;A Analysis:</strong></p> <p>Collaborate with Senior Leadership and external advisory to elaborate and conduct financial and risk analysis of business opportunities to develop business cases.</p> <p>Provide oversight and support in the delivery of business analysis activities across the portfolio of projects.</p> <p>Develops core models (financial, valuation, etc.) relevant to Strategic Investment opportunities and performs complex financial projections and business valuation routines using advanced Excel skills, including Internal Rates of Return, Discounted Cash Flows, Sensitivity Analysis.</p>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.</li> <li>One to three plus years of experience in a related role.</li> <li>Strong financial modeling and financial analysis experience.</li> <li>Demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>A strong work ethic, detail orientation and a passion for excellence</li> <li>Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties.</li> <li>Organized and able to simultaneously manage multiple&nbsp;projects/priorities&nbsp;in a time-critical, fast-paced environment.</li> </ul>
