Overview: <p>We are currently seeking a Project Analyst- PMO Co-Op join our team of skilled professionals at our Brampton, ON location.</p> <p><strong><u>Position Summary:</u></strong></p> <p>IKO's Global IT Function is committed to enabling our business to successfully utilize technology to attain company goals and execute on our vision of setting the technology standard in our industry. &nbsp;We are also committed to improving the IT support experience for all IKO associates across our global operations. &nbsp;&nbsp;As the key point of contact for IT support, IT plays a critical role in ensuring delivery excellence and an engaging customer experience, while demonstrating IKO's Values of Sharing Knowledge, Integrity, Long-Term Thinking, Performance, Humility and Agility.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>PMO (Project Management Office) Analyst</li> <li>Generate PMO reports from the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Application Innotas</li> <li>Generate Capacity and Demand Reports to support Project Managers</li> <li>Audit PPM tool for Data Accuracy</li> <li>Support Monthly Operations reporting</li> <li>Support and contribute to development of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) processes</li> <li>Support Training and Communication of the PMLC processes</li> <li>Support in establishing QA Processes</li> <li>Support QA testing for Digital initiatives (Websites and Mobile Applications)</li> <li>Provide general administrative support for PMO meetings and deliverables</li> </ul>
