Requirements: <p><strong>All Candidates for Sales Associate Must:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Having at least&nbsp;<strong>1+</strong>years of sales/customer service experience is&nbsp;<strong><em>HIGHLY PREFERRED</em></strong>;</li> <li>Be able to work a flexible schedule (which may include nights, weekends, and holidays);</li> <li>Exhibit excellent communication skills;</li> <li>Demonstrate a proven track record of reliability and ability to work independently</li> <li>Have a naturally energetic, bubbly &amp; outgoing personality;</li> <li>Possess excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to every customer;</li> <li>Be able to lift up to 30 lbs;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Candidates for Supervisor Must Also;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have proven track record of reliability and ability to work independently</li> <li>Prior experience overseeing store openings and closing procedures</li> <li>Have a minimum of 4+ years retail experience with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role</li> <li>Strong team leadership ability</li> <li>Have reliable transportation</li> </ul>
