Part-Time

Overview: <br />Idaho Forest Group is currently seeking an Accounting Intern for Corporate and Manufacturing related projects. The Accounting Intern will care for specific assignments throughout their internship.
Responsibilities: <br /> <br /> <ul> <li>Perform daily, weekly, monthly account reconciliations. Prepare journal entries. Internal report writing and preparation. Exposure to Enterprise level accounting and management software.</li> <li>Reconciling general ledger accounts</li> <li>Roll forward analysis of balance sheet accounts</li> <li>Financial statement preparation, review, and analysis</li> <li>Assist with general accounting month-end closing procedures</li> <li>Assist with year-end closing and audit preparation</li> <li>Other duties as needed</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <br /> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing or have recently graduated with an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business</li> <li>Must be a rising sophomore or higher, minimum GPA of 3.0</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Have own housing and transportation, none will be provided</li> </ul> <br /><br /><br /> <br /><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong><br /> <br />Move safely, quickly, and perform duties with repetitious movement. Sit and/or stand for shift, reach with hands and arms, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull, maintain balance, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distances, and climb stairs.
